Job Description

    Job Title:Specialist Cyber Risk CenterLocation:MumbaiExperience:2-5 yearsSkills:

    Cyber Risk Analytics Center of Excellenceat the company is aimed to provide cyber modelling, thought leadership, and cyber analytics guidance across the company enterprise.What can you expect
    • Support the Company Cyber Risk Analytics team with collation and harmonization of data
    • Curating cyber claims data from multiple worldwide teams which may be in different schemas and formats, or even in emails and word documents, and bringing it together into one database in a consistent format
    • Able research on the data, fill gaps like missing revenue, employee count, and/or other metrics
    • Apart from BAU, collaborate and contribute to project-based initiatives that the Data Analytics team within Knowledge Services keep signing-up
    We will count on you to:
    • Set-up meetings/calls with the stakeholders to understand the business questions, scope of analytics and agree on timelines
    • Wrangle, standardize and integrate data across multiple surveys and data sources and transform them to be consumed for Analytics
    • Review data to identify the gaps and liaise with the stakeholders to get the right data
    • Review all the metrics in the datasets to make sure that the values are within the defined range and call out any anomaly or unusual trends
    • Reconcile and merge cyber claims data coming from different regions/geographies
    • Reconcile claims to events from other public data sources
    • Demonstrate great project management skills to ensure quality and timelines
    • Think aloud about the solutions and the insights. We are looking for someone who has an analytical mindset and can contribute towards creating efficient databases
    • Create efficiency by automating repetitive tasks
    What you need to have:
    • 3 to 5 years of experience with strong data munging and ETL skillsets.
    • Candidates with the General Insurance domain will be preferred
    • Graduate or Masters in Commerce or Business Administration or any equivalent education programme
    • Microsoft Excel Expert on data wrangling, data integration, macros and exceptional ability to handle large sets of data. Must be at an Expert level of proficiency
    • Expert level VBA Macros with demonstrated experience in building data linkages and automation
    • Expert level experience in SQL scripting for ETL and data harmonization
    • Must be comfortable with working on new-age data management tools
