Job Description

  • Work closely with ICS/Application Risk team to track key metrics from Cyber hygeiene Dashboard on monthly basis
  • Actively participate in ICS standard review schedule and provide changes to CISRO for consultation along with HICS
  • Accountable on timely communication to tech leaders on any change in cyber security policy or procedure.
  • Collaborate with Technology Delivery, Production Support & Operational Governance teams for timely inclusion of various data points required across Cyber hygiene control dashboards, Adhoc initiatives, Governance forums etc
  • Work alongside a technical team to implement the appropriate solution and approach to maximise development velocity
  • Engage cross functional environment to drive control enablement and overcome common challenges
  • Plan and support control reviews on System Lifecycle Management, Security Domain, Identity and Access Management
  • Provide Support on implementation of application level ICS controls
  • Ensure compliance on Technology delivery assurance / Software development framework and Non-compliance. Proactive Review findings, work for remediation from TDA, SIA and other compliance/hygiene report on weekly basis to ensure compliance to required controls
  • Support HICS team on technology ICS control status and assurance during regulatory / Audit review.
  • Partner with Operational Risk / Infrastructure support / Production Engineering to provide oversight and review control for remediation and exemptions.
Overall Tasks
  • Ability to understand end to end plan to support, maintain, track ICS initiatives
  • Support technology team by working closely, sharing knowledge and best practices to achieve controls objectives for the organisation.
  • Proactively review risk related MI and reports to keep up to date with key trends within technology organisation
  • Facilitate and promote understanding on Information and Cyber Security elements
  • Understand the applicability of ICS policies and procedures across GB Technology teams and facilitate initiatives to ensure compliance to those requirements

  • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization and an understanding of facilitation techniques
  • Knowledge of software development life cycle models, Cyber Security, Information Security controls

  • Ensuring constructive working relationship/collaboration skills within team and other functional groups

  • Knowledge of Banking Controls and processes, IT General Controls, ITIL Framework
  • Identity & Access Management design and Support
