Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Customer Engagement: Greet and welcome customers warmly as they arrive at the front office or contact the company through various channels (phone, email, website). Create a positive first impression and ensure a friendly, professional demeanor at all times.
    • Product/Service Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our products/services, including their features, benefits, and unique selling points. Stay up-to-date with any new developments or changes to offerings.
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging sales presentations to showcase our products/services
    Qualifications:
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and build relationships with customers.
    • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to close deals successfully.
    • High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
