Job Responsibilities: Develop pred ic t i ve data models and m a c h i n e - lear n i ng algori thms to e mpower new produ cts and im prove our r ider s and dri vers exper ien c e. Understand and translate business problems into analytical problems. Establish scalable , efficient , automated processes for model development , model validation , model implementation and large scale data analysis. Design algorithms for data mining , modelling , transforming datasets to identify and visualize data patterns in customer data. Bring structure to large quantities of data to make analysis possible , extract meaning from data to help improve decision making. Work with various Product Managers for setting up analytics for their respective products. Interpret and contextualize the results in business context and share outcomes / insights. Minimum 2+ years of experience as Data Analyst / Scientist , manipulating data sets and building statistical models. B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D in Computer Science / Engineering , Mathematics , Statistics , or another quantitative field. Experience querying databases and using statistical computer languages (R , Python. etc) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets. Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression , simulation , scenario analysis , modelling , clustering , decision trees , etc. Knowledge of advanced Excel and SQL for data analysis. Experience with any data visualization tool : ggplot2 / matplotlib / seaborn / D3.js / Tableau Exposure to Deep Learning techniques like LSTM / GRU / RNN / CNN and NLP techniques is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams,
