Roles & Responsibilities: - You will be working on building our proprietary systems using data science techniques like Pricing, Car Recommendation, Dynamic Pricing, Car Rating system etc - You will work as a partner to business unit executives, process owners to identify, develop and drive key analytics and reporting projects relevant to the business - You will be responsible for defining, analysing and communicating key metrics and business trends with the stake holders - You will drive data driven decision making through the stake holders - You are involved in identifying complex fuzzy problems, break it down in smaller parts and implement creative, data-driven solutions - You execute quantitative analysis that translates data into actionable insights. - You model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/ dashboards for business process management and data mining You will work with Product team to: - Identify gaps in the data capture strategy and collaboratively implement enhancements - Identify opportunities to improve conversion & user experience through data. Influence product & feature roadmaps - Analyze A/ B or Multi-Variate Tests and drive fundamental improvements to site experience - You lead and mentor junior Analysts Relevant Experience & Functional Competencies: - Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Statistics, or related discipline from a reputed institute - You have 2 Years of experience in relevant role - Strong quantitative abilities, distinctive problem-solving and excellent analysis skills - Strong organizational, communication, presentation and project management skills - Programming background with proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python - Strong background in statistical modelling and experience with statistical tools such R, SAS or SPSS - Knowledge of statistical techniques (such as distributions, statistical testing, regression, etc.), machine learning algorithms and data mining - Experience in analysing website experience, user paths, & AB test analysis, having hands on with Google Analytics - Experience in analysing very large, complex, multi-dimensional data sets. - Ability to understand business problems and convert them into data models - Ability to multitask and work on a diverse range of requirements with acute attention to detail - Affinity for business, curiosity about numbers and persistence to work with data to tease out insights We believe that our vision to simplify used car transaction can only be achieved with very strong focus on data, and its ingrained in the companys DNA.
