• The ideal candidate will have experience in the latest techniques in Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision and Machine Learning and Deep Learning approaches.
• Experiences in real-time collaboration is a plus. Were looking for someone with specialized knowledge and general skills.
Business
• Awareness and understanding of the wider business, economic and market environment for AIML Model Validation.
People and Talent
• Manage the team in terms of project assignments and deadlines
• Manage a team dedicated for reviewing models related unstructured and structured data.
• Hire, nurture talent as required.
Risk Management
• Ownership of the delivery, highlighting various risks on a timely manner to the stakeholders.
• Identifying proper remediation plan for the risks with proper risk roadmap.
Governance
• Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles : [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.] *
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
Key Stakeholders
• Responsible AI Council, AIML Delivery Team, AIML Product Team, AIML Model Improvement and Monitoring Team, Other stakeholders such as Regulators, etc relevant in a Banking environment.
Other Responsibilities
• Prepare and present comprehensive portfolio level reporting to senior management.
• Participate in design and development meetings and ability to prepare comprehensive and accurate actionable.
• Ability to contribute towards E2E Data flow design and architectural decisions by understanding business requirements and translate into techno functional requirements.
• Lead the collaborative, dynamic planning process prioritizing the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team using JIRA.
• Ability to double hat as a scrum master to ensure seamless consistent delivery.
• Perform Effective cost and benefit management (Scope vs Cost, recharges, etc) for all use cases.
Our Ideal Candidate
• Minimum 5+ years as a Scrum Master / Business analyst experience implementing solutions on Cloud-based / On-Premise DevOps based deployments.
• Working Exposure to Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning based deployments is a much-preferred plus.
• Working knowledge of below tools is preferable:
• Atlassian Jira
• Source control; GitHub.
• Cloud Environments; Azure, AWS.
• Reporting and Visualization tools : Power BI / Tableau / MSTR
