  • Understand the current data landscape and manage data governance related activities, e.g. CDE identification, Data Dictionary, Lineage, and Data SLA.
  • Design and work closely with T&I team to implement data quality rules, metrics, and dashboards.
  • Operationalize, monitor, and evolve Data Quality processes, metrics and KPIs
  • Continually monitor and identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational excellence.
  • Define the data and identify assets within their own data domains
  • Create processes and procedures along with access controls to monitor adherence. This includes establishing internal policies and standards and enforcing those policies.
  • Maintain quality of the data using scorecards and internally reporting metrics
  • Responsible for data quality and data accuracy across all group delivery initiatives.
  • Responsible for data analysis, data profiling, data modeling, and data documentation for the function
  • Responsible for understanding end-to-end data flows and identifying data dependencies in support of delivery, release, and change management.
  • Accountable for the assessment, delivery, quality, accuracy, and tracking of any production data fixes Optimize workflows and communications.
  • Monitor data usage to assist teams, share best practice trends in data use, and provide insight into how and where teams can use data to help in day-to-day decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance to data security guidelines.
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor s degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience
  • Preferred 2+ years of related working experience in the areas of data management, data analytics or data governance.
  • Understanding of banking and cyber security products would be added advantage
  • Ability to create documented standards and procedures for others to follow
  • Strong understanding of SQL
  • Experience with data lake architectures, data visualization tools and/or Cybersecurity is a plus
  • Good communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills
