Job Preferences
The Analyst will be responsible for researching and maintaining corporate event database, where tasks consist of, but not limited to, collate, collect and analyze data from stock exchange filings, perform research on activisms and maintain details on various shareholder campaigns as per the coverage. The successful candidate must be able to distill research information, as well as process and interpret research outcomes in a meaningful context in relation to the events. The analyst will have to follow daily alerts to update the ongoing campaigns and to identify new scenarios using publicly available information through SEC filings and company websites.
