Job Responsibilities :-
1. The person shall be responsible for the development and execution of the strategies and achieving the financial and operational metrics.
2. The person shall be responsible for analyzing the existing market and bringing prospective markets under the purview of the Company and identifying areas for penetrating optimum teams for utilization of the opportunity.
3. Review Credit Policies, working capital requirements, improve productivity efficiency levels. He should have a strong financial acumen. Should be able to take decisions based on the financial data.
The primary responsibility would be to build and grow the Business of the Company.5. The person shall be responsible for keeping the work force motivated and stimulated to achieve the organization target by formulating compensation/appraisal mechanisms and foster close and cooperative relationships.
6. Handle commercial activities such as negotiation with suppliers ( Pharma companies) customers ( Hospitals / Nursing Homes), manage Receivables, edging of receivables etc.
7. Major deliverables will be financial performance improvement, working capital improvements, cost reductions, margin improvement, collection from customers.
Closely working with Pharma companies on new contracts, resolving their service level issues etc. Working with customers, addition of new accounts resolve their service level issues.10. The person shall be reporting to Vice President Sales undertakes to perform such duties functions as may be assigned / entrusted by VP- Sales.
