1. Assist in managing the relationships with Investors, Bankers, Lenders etc by preparing and providing the data needed by them2. Assist in Debt related documentation, compliances and operational activities3. Assist in preparing proposals / term sheets to be submitted to Bankers / Lenders4. Occasionally take a lead role representing the finance function on ad- hoc projects5. Keep abreast of regulatory changes and update the team on the same6. Prepare the RBI returns and work on other regulatory requirements7. Keeping track of industry update and competition mapping8. Assist in preparing various department related presentations for internal as well as external consumption9. Assist the Finance department in overall planning and implementation of Business plan10. Coordinating with other team members of the function for preparing critical MIS for monitoring the Finance, Accounts and Compliance function on a regular ,
