Position Details Position Deputy Manager / Manager - F&A - Credit & Receivable Management (L7O / L7M) Business Unit/Division AFS - Farm Division Reports To DGM - F&A -Credit & Receivable Management Place of Posting Kandivali, Mumbai Key Profile Key Financial Performance Parameter - Receivable Management - Drive higher collection and Outstanding Control Maximising the Securitisation of debtors Institutional Business Profitability Credit Risk Analysis and Mitigation Credit Policy Implementation Finished Goods Inventory Control including Agieng thereof Support to Business Heads to achieve Top line and Bottom Line Prepare Budget for Senior Management Review. budget assumptions; analyse the impact of budgetary targets on mix, margins and profit Drive cost optimisation intiatives along with Operations Retail Cycle Reduction, ATS Tracking, raising alerts, ensuring financial discipline through Credit Locks etc Tracking and Action for Improvement in Dealers Own Fund - specially negative PFS Resolve queries related to Dealer, AO, HO Sales & Marketing Team Coordination with MIS, Marketing Accounts, Costing team and Corporate Team for different Accounting Requirement Implementation of Robust Internal controls, ICFR & COSO Preparing & Review of various MIS reports and consolidation of activities . Ensuring Internal & External Audits . Ensuring Finalisation of Accounts as per Ind AS. Job Requirements Experience (years) 3-5 years of Post Qualification experience Industry Preferred Person having experience in Auto / Farm or similar Industry will be preferred or even good expsoure with Big 4 CA Firms.
