Job Description

  • Single point of contact for ownership of the reporting workflow which includes
    • Quarterly performance reporting for UK pension funds
    • Regulatory reporting responsibilities
    • GIPS reporting
  • Quality assurance of the reports and deadline management
  • Contribute towards fund manager research
  • Working independently as the team lead to undertake work allocation and resource planning and support the team management on the same
  • Acting as the touch-point from Mumbai team in development and maintenance of client portal
  • Manage resources and workflows related to pre-sales activities of the team (Familiarity with Salesforce or similar software)
  • Responsible for career progression and engagement of direct reportees
Technical Skills
  • Understanding of Fund performance reporting and performance attribution
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Advanced Excel with VBA automation and database skills (SQL)
General Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • To attend any queries, concerns, suggestions, development of Analysts
  • Ability to absorb new information quickly
Preferred candidate profile Prior Experience
  • 4 - 5 years of work experience in financial sector
  • Prior experience in reporting of pension funds or other financial institutions
  • Understanding of the Fund Management industry
Education/ Qualification
  • Graduate in any discipline,
  • Candidates having MBA/CFA/FRM will be preferred
