Job Description

Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Preparing monthly MIS reports for the regional management with explanation for significant variations.
  • Developing and monitoring key ratios / metrics for the region.
  • Monitoring & reviewing actual spends vs budgets and highlighting over spends to the management.
  • Identifying key action items to improve business profitability and driving implementation.
  • Consolidating monthly pipeline reports prepared by the business teams for group reporting.
  • Closely tracking revenue projections and their conversion to actuals
  • Assisting in preparation of quarterly forecasts for the business working closely with the business.
  • Assisting in preparation of Annual Budgets for the region
  • Co - developing MIS docket for the region based on agreed metrics.
  • Ensuring accurate project - wise profitability reporting.
  • Performing ad - hoc analysis as required by the management.
  • Preparing business cases for the management as required.

Accounts Receivable:

  • Working on monthly collection requirement and co - ordinate with the business team to identify client - wise collection targets for the month to meet monthly requirement.
  • Monitoring actual collections against committed collections on a client - wise and service line - wise basis and following up with concerned stakeholders to meet monthly collection targets.
  • Interacting with internal & external clients for collection follow ups.
  • Taking necessary steps for recovery of old AR balances (notices, calls, client interactions, etc.)
  • Sending out daily collection reports to all stakeholders.
Qualifications

MBA Finance, Semi Qualified CA (Inter, Final 1 Group Pending), ICWA
