Job Responsibilities Prepare drafts for petitions, suits, plaints, written statements, affidavits, agreements, case briefs. Ensure monitoring of case schedules, meetings and deadlines and follow up,to research on subject matters, draft opinions, provide insights on any matter which may have a bearing on company business and making of PPT.with advocates for effective hearings, Analyse statistical/documentary research,Advising on statutory compliances to management and drafting reply to SEBI,Preparing for filing of complaints and replies before concerned Police Station/EOW and defending the company in proceedings before statutory authorities,Drafting of processes, policies, review of process notes, product notes, SOP, Circulars, Agreements etc. to check and foresee the legal implications if any Connect With NCDEX Connect With SEBI 2003 - 2018 National Commodity & Derivatives Exchange Ltd.
