Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum experience of 7-10 years in corporate marketing channel.
  • Preferably from General Insurance background with working knowledge in technical aspect of business.
  • Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Flexible & adaptable to change.
  • Well versed with MS Office.
  • Business Development: New Business development through Direct or Broking Channel and various intermediaries for retail, group and corporate products.
  • Cross Selling: Exploring the scope for business expansion in the existing client base and strategizing on the approach for such clients.
  • Service Level Optimization: Client servicing pre & post sale of the product and catering to their needs. Coordination with the internal servicing teams for a smooth client transition to meet client expectations. Need to interact with Underwriters, Renewals & Operations department.
  • Client Retention: On-going requirement analysis of existing clients in order to provide them optimum service and maintain year on year account retention with Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co. Ltd.
  • Achievement of financial targets as per budget allocated to him/her, Procurement of business from Direct Corporates/SME in all line of business (Non Motor).
  • Responsible for top-line as well bottom line profitability as per company philosophy and guidelines.
  • Retention of existing clients and servicing of corporate and SME clients.
  • Coordinating with UW team for obtaining quotation on All Lines of Business – General Property UW Team, Group Health, Liability, Marine and Misc. Teams.
  • Internally coordination with claims teams – Motor and Non-Motor, Group Health, claims team.
  • Helping finance team in Coinsurance settlement with other insurers.
