Job Description

    1.Coordinate and manage the payroll process for the organization2. Ensure that any company benefit programmes ie medical care, pensions,bonuses etc. are managed efficiently and effectivelyFull3. Calculation, payment and reconciliation of group tax.4. Maintenance of staff payroll and tax records Full5. Regular validation of salary and employee information relevant to payroll6. Submit management reports, liaise with HR staff regarding newappointments, terminations and other relevant matters7. Timely submission of trackers and internal reports8. Collaboration with internal functions to ensure smooth implementationof new regulations and compliances9. Judicious use of natural resources10.
