Responsible for achieving and exceeding the assigned sales targets in the designated product lines while maintaining cordial relationship with customers. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs for various products Pharma Grade Oil, Transformer Oil and petroleum jelly. Effectively plan pricing strategies in coordination with the reporting Manager. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling and networking Set up meetings (visits) with existing and potential clients and understand their business requirements Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services Create frequent sales reports with sales and financial data Coordinate with reporting manager for the timely delivery of products Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Achieve individual target in specified timeframe ensuring optimum price and volume realization. Ensure Cordial Customer relations; meeting and exceeding customer expectations about product delivery timelines and quality within the set budgetary boundaries. Timely and accurate submission of MIS and other sales reports to all stakeholders Ensure all Collection targets are met with in the stipulated timelines thereby minimizing delay in receiving client payments.Required Candidate profileDemonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organizationProven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close the dealsStrong business sense and industry expertiseKnowledge of MS Excel and Power pointKnowledge of SAP ERP PG - MBA/PGDM - Marketing
