  • Ability to plan, organize, direct, control and lead.
Technical Skills :
  • Should be well versed with the printing processes and materials.
  • Should have knowledge about advance excel, pivot & reports generation.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Outsource job execution, proper planning, and fix labour cost with the vendor to execute the job.
  • Rate Negotiation with current & new vendors
  • Prepare price comparison to identify the right vendor.
  • Checking outsource vendor job feasibility & turnaround time as per client contracts.
  • Do a strong follow up with the vendor and production team & ensure real time updates are given.
  • Ensure the documentation are in place with the each and every vendor.
  • Prepare the outsource MIS document & share it the factory head on weekly & monthly basis.
