Preference will be given to candidates passed out from IITs/ premier engineering colleges.Position SummaryThe Design Engineer shall work with Project Manager and other team members and be primarily involved in delivering the scheduled tasks in the form of design calculations and drawings.Key Job AreasAs a member of the Highways team, the design engineer shall be responsible for carrying out Detailed Engineering/Tender Engineering and preparation of design notes/drawings for various projects undertaken by the organisation ensuring timely and quality delivery.Required Skills and Qualifications We are looking for self-motivated team members who meet the following requirements:

  • ME/M. Tech degree in Highway/Pavement/Transportation Engineering from an institute of repute.
  • should have more than 3 years of experience in Highways design. Knowledge of design codes like IRC Code is essential. Knowledge of DMRB/AASHTO/any other international standards would be desirable
  • knowledge of understanding of the analysis and principles of Highways design,
  • Hands on experience in using any of the road design software (MX Road/Civil 3D/In Roads etc.),
  • Knowledge of tools like AutoCAD/Micro station
  • In addition to technical/functional acumen, he should have good communication skills and should be able to present his work.
  • Should be a good team member and should coordinate with other team members and the project manager for timely delivery of project
  • Professional English language skills (written and verbal).

  • Should be able to build and maintain good relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent in English skills oral and written is very important and a requirement
