Design Lead With a Global Creative Production Portal and Advertising AgencyROLE:- Design LeadTIMEZONE REQUIRED:- Opportunities available in both EST and BST timezones to work remotelyExperience: 9-11 years in graphic designing and team handling experienceA LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, the Design Lead will oversee a team of artworkers/designers and ensure timely delivery, while maintaining creative output standard outlined by the brand.WHAT YOULL BE DOING:- Identifying the asset categorization into Master and Adapt to ensure the delivery is as per brief. - Review the assets supplied to make sure that they are suitable for adaptation to the brief.- Work with the Resource Manager/eComm Steward to effectively manage workload of the resources.- Constantly look at improving the workflow and output management- Direct and review the teams work to ensure the best quality, within the given timelines.- Monitor and signoff artwork quality, accuracy, and consistency.- Train team on eComm specs & ensure all Hub, Box & Output guidelines are followed.- Ensure transparent and quick communication within the department and with other teams.WHAT GOOD LOOKS LIKE:- Diploma or related degree in Graphic design- 9 - 11 years plus Design experience.- Ability to guide and help a team of Designers through their day to day deliverables, work prioritization.- Ability to work in Adobe suite of products, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.- Retouching skills a must.- Attention to detail.- Ability to work within tight-deadlines and quick-turnarounds.- Professional- FMCG experience is advantageous.- Ability to work accurately and provide consistent artwork quality.- Ability to adhere to brand guidelines.- Experience in management of artwork collateral.- Excellent teamwork and time management skills.- Accurate and consistent completion of timesheets.- Digital design (Social media assets, HTML emails, and banner design) experience is advantageous.We area a global production portal, part of Global production and advertising group.
