Job Description

  • Competencies Required Desktop Engineer experience in Installing, Troubleshooting Win OS/desktop issues.
  • Experience in remote desktop support and troubleshooting
QualificationsBE/BTECH/MCA/MBA/BCA/BSC etcResponsibilities
  • Understanding of scripting/troubleshooting issues related to it.
  • Workstation performance issues troubleshooting
  • Experience in Microsoft Office 2007 /Experience in Microsoft Internet Explorer 8
  • L1 support/ L2 support/ L3 support
  • Handling tickets and resolving incidents via tools.
  • Good in terms of logical approach towards troubleshooting issues related to MS Office applications/other applications.
  • Experience on technical support for Microsoft Office Applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access
  • Good Communication skills
  • Ability to do RCA on complicated issues / Good to have knowledge in ITIL framework
  • Experience Profile Must have experience in End user support, infrastructure and service request management
  • Should work independently; Should be proactive to identify the problem and work for solution
