Job Description

    Minimum Experience 1 year experienceLocation Goregaon ,Mumbai
    1. Good in verbal communication.
      1. Need to work as a single point of contact to the KSL/users for all IT related requirements.
      2. Coordinating with the users in a professional, courteous manner and clearly over the phone.
      3. Correctly logging incidents and requests from users, categorizing and prioritizing them in line with team procedure.
    1. Good in written communication.
      1. Reading the users mails and replying to the queries appropriately.
      2. Coordinating with other internal and external teams as appropriate via mails.
      3. Providing status update to the user for each tickets logged with the IT Servicedesk.
    2. Good in Technical Resolution.
      1. Troubleshooting of Hardware issues in Desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals.
      2. Troubleshooting of Outlook, Excel, word and other office applications.
      3. Trouble shooting of internet explorer & other applications.
    3. Good knowledge in Logical reasoning
      1. Knowledge in identifying the criticality of issue and following the escalation matrix.
      2. Able to prioritize the issue based on the criticality.
      3. Able to act sensible in abnormal situation.
    4. Good knowledge in IT terminologies.
      1. Awareness of SLA, Priority and other IT terminologies.
      2. Worked in any of the ticketing tool.
      3. Knowledge in creating knowledge base & documents.
    5. Good in professional approach.
      1. Should have well-groomed & presentable in front of the customer.
      2. Should be flexible in following the process defined in the customer site.
      3. Should be able to work in pressure situation.
