1. Discussion with Business Analysts team to understand the business requirements and communicate requirement to offshore development team. 2. Managing delivery from offshore team. 3. Make sure to have skilled resource for the project by doing adequate evaluation. 4. Designing Architecture of the application and creating/ maintaining Architecture Documents, Technical Specification Documents. 5. Good Understanding of Agile Development and incorporating and overseeing agile/ scrum practices in the project. 6. Good Understanding of SharePoint 2013, 2016 environments. 7. Hands on experience in OOTB as well as custom development in SharePoint using Server side as well as Client site object model. 8. Having good knowledge on programming languages like C#, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS. 9. Good understanding of design patterns like Repository, MVP and UI design framework like Bootstrap 10. Good knowledge of JIRA and using JIRA effectively for managing the sprints, user stories, improvement, bugs, etc. 11. Managing testing of the project and creating/ updating test strategy document. 12. Creating system test cases and performing testing of the entire application. 13. Good analytical and communication skills 14. Experience in managing offshore team of more than 5 members.,
