Job Description

  • Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements
  • Work closely with Product Owner and Project Team to design and deliver user stories, process workflow, prototype and mock up screens (when required)
  • Design and source for robust, resilient and cost-effective technology solution that meets business and organization requirements and strategy
  • Interact with Application Manager, Project Manager, Test Manager and Development Lead to develop a strong understanding of the application/project and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
  • Work with product vendors for system enhancements and project implementations
  • Test and certify whether the product enhancements meet the agreed business requirements
  • Work together with Test manager to execute the application testing and automation strategy/effort and generate scripts to perform automated testing cycles.
  • Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution.
  • Document, track and escalate issues as appropriate, using HP Application Lifecycle Management or similar tools/means.
  • Maintains strong working relationships with relevant technology platform and service vendors
