The Role ResponsibilitiesKey Roles & Responsibilities

• Looking for a Technical expert on ATM & Switch technology
• Knowledge of various ATM OEM vendor models, ATM/POS switching and ISO8583 messaging standard.
• Knowledge of Visa/Master card Certification cycle and In-Country Switch integration
• Production support of ATM terminals management, ATM switch, and external central bank Switch and Interfaces.
• Perform in depth technical BAU application support in Security Monitoring which includes pushing of OS/Vulnerability patches, Switch patches and other ATM terminal related support
• Experience in ATM terminals Testing Process and hands on Testing tools.
• Experience in Restful Web services + JSON based integration added Advantage.
• Strong design and programming knowledge using either C/C++ on Unix/Linux environment, Unix Shell Scripting.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, of varying complexity adhering ITIL standards.
• Put forward ideas to improve automation and/or efficiency, and own through to implementation.
• Build effective relationship and partnership with the business stakeholders to support their technology needs.
• Be an excellent team player & have very good techno-functional knowledge.
• Should be open to receive both positive/ negative feedback from the stakeholders & constructively work on the loopholes in the areas of concern
• Project Management, Problem/Incident Management, Pro-Active/Preventive Maintenance, Change/Release Management, DR/BCP Management, Risk & Audit Compliance, Obsolescence / Capacity Management, Documentation, Management Reporting, Stakeholder / Vendor management, People Management / Training.
• Development, Testing, Implementation, Monitoring, Secondary Application Support, patches movement and data base activity in application for multiple countries.
• Providing end-to-end support to ATM s, that even includes periodic checks for any errors in the ATMs, and taking the necessary measures.
• Providing secondary support via calls and emails for countries about ATM and application related issues. In case of issues in ATM, requesting the logs from ATM and observing the issue via logs for resolution.
• Checking the transaction details using concern logs and liaise with (vendor) for providing the hot Fix for bugs.
• Primarily responsible for running Continuous Services programs across Retail Banking area.
• Participate in cross-training and knowledge transfer activities within teams.
• Coordinate during the SCM process for source management
• Participate in the bank wide DR tests and bi yearly DR failovers.
• Work closely with UNIX/Database/Network/ Infrastructure teams on stability improvement programs or general improvements to the environments.
• Manage open risks and audit points through to closure.
• Perform risk reviews of the environment and raise new risks where/when applicable.
• Manage escalations to development and the business.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels in the organization
• Track incidents and provide regular updates to users on status and progress.
• Manage/coordinate recurring issues and ensure long-term resolution.
• Managing team members, cross training and skillsets improvement program is added plus.
• Experience in testing Whitelisting application, Blacklisting application, Hard disk Encryption, Auto run protection, USB protection, Online admin access & offline admin access, patch management & EJ pulling for prevent unauthorized access.
• Experience in banking or financial services industry is an advantage

Our Ideal Candidate1. Strong Techno functional knowledge on Retail banking applications & ATM Terminal & switch management.2. Minimum 10+ years of experience in applications development, testing, implementation and production support on ATM Terminals / ATM switches and Interfaces. 3. At least 5-6 years experience interacting with internal and external stakeholders / vendors via verbal and written communication.4. Excellent prioritization, organizational and time management skills.5. Demonstrate strong problem solving skills and analytical in problem resolution.6. Team player, fast learner, self initiative and reliable.7. The position will require candidate to be on standby support for non-office hour online or batch incidents & project delivery.8. Methodology Skills Agile, DevOps added Plus.9. Strong ATM experience, Terminal experience is very much required as this role requires support of terminals and patching as well.10. Experience to Cyber Security threats and Vulnerability fixes are huge plus.11. Technically sound in any of the scripting language Java, C++, Python, Shell Scripting.12. Excellent communication, both written and verbally. 13. Self starter/motivator and ambitious.14. Senior stakeholder engagement and management experience15. Good presentation and communication skill16. Experience on ATM Security software like Nectar, Proview, 17. Experience in testing Whitelisting application, Blacklisting application, Hard disk Encryption, Auto run protection, USB protection, Online admin access & offline admin access, patch management & EJ pulling for prevent unauthorized access.Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science/Information Technology. Experience in Switching technology in any of the MNC/Banks will be an added advantage.
