Leading Conglomerate venturing into Oil & Gas is actively looking for a DGM BD / Manager BD - Crude role in Mumbai with - Identify suppliers & target customers for purchase/ sale for Crude oil from US/ Canada for present trading operations & future crude oil terminal project, based on the Customer Acquisition Strategy in consultation with GM- Sales. - Logistics arrangements including cost models for sourcing Crude oil from various destinations from US/ Canada including inland & shipping logistics. - Hands on experience with financial & LC related operation of Crude oil sale/ purchase including insight on basic hedging required for such operations. - Identify suppliers & target customers for purchase/ sale of LNG/ terminal capacity from Canada for LNG liquefaction terminal project, based on the Customer Acquisition Strategy in consultation with GM- Sales. - Prepare an Action Plan for Customer Acquisition based on the Sales, Pricing and Customer Acquisition Strategy in consultation with GM- Sales. - Maintain records and documentation for all sales activity. MIS and Reporting of the sales activities on regular basis. - Assist the BD and Project Teams in undertaking, reviewing and finalizing various project related activities, studies and reports including but not limited to market assessment, demand supply assessment, pricing and margin analyses, competitive landscape mapping, business model / revenue model assessment, regulatory landscape mapping, risk assessment and other activities from sales perspective. - Negotiate Confidentiality Agreements, Memorandum of Understanding, Term Sheets and Sales Agreements with target customers for various projects. - Assist the Finance Team in preparation of the Business Plans, Information Memorandum, Financial Model and other financing activities for each project from a sales perspective. - Build & maintain close working relationships with all PSUs/ oil and gas majors/ traders.,
