To manage Customer Service across the region, catering largely to external customers and supporting Sales on customer on-boarding;The role oversee the network of locations spread in a region and is responsible for delivering customer service for existing customers, ensuring smooth on-boarding of new customers, support sales in maintaining business quality and be a front for all other head office functions.
