Coordinate efforts of various departments for preparation of competitive bid for SBU related projects through an accurate database. Assist in annual business planning by identifying potential line of business and projects to bid. Nominate teams for preparation of bid document. Scheduling various activities required for bid submission and assign responsible people for each activity. Gathering accurate information and documents from Business development, Design and Engineering, purchasing, accounts and commercial teams for tender estimation. Monitor performance for each activity against assigned responsibilities and timelines (Internal SLAs) Maintain and update standard documentation like credentials of the organization, financial certifications, etc Review rate analysis of vendor quotes. Assign responsibility and ensure updation of tender information in the data bank. Provide feedback to management on tender submission status and expected result. Prepare pre-bid queries and attend pre-bid meeting for resolution. Providing clarification and negotiating till order is finalized. Competitors analysis collect and review. Ensure confidentiality of bid related information.,
