Job Description

    * Job Description DGM - ProjectsThis position requires the skill sets and experience to handle the complete execution & project management from IKOM till SAT and site handover of multiple projects.This role will have travel to customer/End-User sites across India for business meetings for projects & sales support.This position involves approx.25% travel however same shall vary based on business requirement.Roles & Responsibilities:Responsible to provide Leadership to the projectsPrior Industrial Automation project work experience in any of the following domains Project Engineering, Project Management, DigitalizationShould have strong customer management experienceWorking knowledge of SE Energy, Automation Control & Safety systemsAble to understand digitalization and apply AI/ML and IIOT Technologies and takes strategic direction for executionPeople Manager responsible to lead a team of Engineers and Managers responsible for executing ICSS, Energy and Digital Engineering projectsExperience in coaching/ mentoring/ building & managing diverse technology teamsResponsible for planning, executing major projects of Process Automation to maximize utilization, revenue and commercial margin while maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycleContributing to PA India Delivery (Engineering, Financial, Commercial, Quality etc.,)Supporting hiring, training and development, performance management for the teamContributing for the organization growth, business strategies as one of the leadership team members of PA India DeliveryManage and lead the Project Management to maximize business performance in terms of revenue and profit margins whilst ensuring continued customer satisfactionSupporting and collaborating with Sales, Proposals, SCM, Services for winning and executing projectsUpdating project progress and status, participating PA India Delivery meetings and financial review, Comply to proposal and business development processesProject Management experience, including deployment of Quality SystemsImplement and adhere relevant SE policies and guidelinesKey Competencies: Customer CentricityAbility to formulate and execute Engineering Execution strategy to deliver the best customer experience.     • 4 Years BE/BTech/Bachelor s degree in Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentations and Control, Electronics and communication, Electronics and Electrical
    • Minimum of 10 to 15 Years of relevant experience.
    • Good communication & presentation skills
    • PC literate with experience with Microsoft Outlook, Projects, Word, Excel and Power point.
    • Industrial Automation Competition landscape/ Business Environment
    • MES/ OSI PI/ APM/ APC product knowledge
    • IIOT/ Smart Manufacturing/ Industry 4.0 technology trends
    • ICSS, Energy and Digital projects execution
    • Certification on Project Management & Agile ie. PMP, SCRUM etc.
