Job Description

  • Nutritional Assessment:
    • Nutritional assessment of all in patients on daily basis
    • To plan specific therapeutic diet for all patients based on the disease.
  • Dietary services:
    • To ensure right diet reaches the right patient as per the plan
    • To check the quality of food and general hygiene and record the same in the log book
    • To communicate all in between food requirement to F&B
  • Coordination with the F&B
    • To give written instructions and monitor all meal services
  • Documentation:
    • To document the nutrition assessment
    • To record nutritional plan for all the patient
    • To document patient and family education
  • Diet Counseling:
    • Responsible for discharge diet counseling for all in and out patients
Any other jobs assigned by superior due to exigencies of workNote: Initial 3 months employees will not be assigned direct responsibility, will work only under the supervision; on completion of 3 months, the employee post competency assessment, if found competent he/she will be assigned direct responsibility.,
