Candidate should also have superior user interface design skillsDesign, create, and optimize graphic content for websites, mobile apps, social media and online adsCraft solutions for layout and styling issues across multiple browsers and mobile devicesAbility to multi- task and stay organized in a dynamic work environmentPresent and defend designs and key deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholdersEstablish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standardsPassionate about web design and SEO, with a general thirst for digital knowledge and a significant interest in new emerging technologiesRapidly prototype and deliver multiple iterations and versions of a designDesigning cross- browser and cross- platform compatible solutionsUp to date with the latest web design technologies and techniquesTechnical Skills and Personality Traits:Familiar with HTML, Html5, JavaScript, and CSS, Responsive design capabilitiesProficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After EffectsUnderstanding of file versioning tools, naming conventions and W3C standardsKnowledge of typography, layout and colour theoryGood to have experience in tools like Axure, balsamiq, Invision etc.Experience working in an Agile / Scrum development processExpert in UI / UX with an excellent understanding of layouts, frameworks, typography and UX patterns for mobile and web and responsive designDemonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolioExcellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user- system interactionEffective communicator with a reasonable command of both written and spoken EnglishA self- starter having an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to take ownershipExperience with wire framing with great prototyping skillsSkills that will boost your eligibility:Strong online portfolio with relevant experience available for viewing,
