Core competencies, knowledge and experience: Business strategy and planning in large enterprise Business modelling Market research, design thinking, and lean start- up methods Customer experience design of digital products and services Digital / software product management in large scale environments. Understanding of Agile software development environment and methods Innovation management, technology scouting and prototyping Market analytics and intelligence Data- driven decision making Excellent business acumen, including with an in- depth understanding of the contribution of the overall digital strategy to the wider business strategy Deep understanding of the evolving digital world from both the demand and supply perspective Trusted and respected leader who can influence, direct, and coach business and IT leaders in line with the business mission, vision and objectives Risk- taking, entrepreneurial management style, ability to navigate in uncertainty and being adaptive. Excellent analytical, strategic conceptual thinking and consulting skills Excellent financial management skills, including P&L management Excellent relationship- building skills Must have technical / professional qualifications: Master s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Master in Business Administration, or other related field Ten or more years of business experience, ideally in marketing, Technology related Product management, Customer Experience Five or more years of experience in leading cross- functional teams and enterprise- wide programs Extensive experience in delivering digital capabilities and outcomes in the context of agile methodologies and user- centred experience design Experience working across multiple digital domains, such as digital marketing, digital commerce, analytics, etc. Experience in successfully innovating business models and developing new channels,
