Customer engagement to meet the portfolio objectives has to be managed through in-app and digital channels, in a relevant, contextual and personalised manner. The role involves engaging and aligning with the physical channels like Sky RMs, CEP teams,Key Accountabilities (List the expected end results or KPIs that the job holder is expected to achieve for this job.
