Job Description

  • Idea Generation: Research emerging technologies, innovations and latest product/process improvement launches in BFSI sector, and generate actionable ideas / concepts related to these upcoming technologies Leverage these findings to implement digital solutions for existing challenges being faced by internal customers (employees) and external customers Log concepts & get approval for innovation concepts through competitor benchmarking, technology research etc.

  • Project Approvals: Co-ordinate with different teams like BTG/IT, Audit, ISG, Compliance, Legal, Business and ensure their approvals for product launch and execution Collaborate with technical resources, privacy, security and business stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate product implementations and governance structures Projects approvals (ISG + Audit Approval, Post FSD stage approvals) C.
  • Live Projects: Ensure go-live for digital innovation projects , support management and co-ordination for the project from concept initiation to Go LIVE Value Add in terms of enhanced Customer experience, internal operational efficiency D.
  • Live Projects - Enhancements & FollowUp: Value Add in terms of enhanced Customer experience, ease of use, defect and process improvement Planned Developments on products already launched Follow up with internal stakeholders and third party (e.
  • g - Group Companies) on progress of solutions shared and ensure logical closure Go live for enhancements + follow-up E.
  • Alliances, Partnerships & Engagement (Program Management): Establish channels to tap innovations through Digital Innovation Summit and Industry Academia programs and any other new initiatives undertaken Tie ups with incubators / accelerators / sovereign innovation teams / institutes etc.

  • Revenue / Cost Savings (Lacs): Revenue & Cost Savings (Actual/Notional) for the Bank from approved concepts/ projects gone live G.
