Brief Profile:You will be responsible for improving a company s organic search results. Creates and launches SEO campaigns, identifies areas of improvement, runs PPC campaigns, and attempts to improve the clients sites rankings in major search engines .Duties/ Responsibilities: Strategize on and lead SEO activities. Strategize on SEO activities for international markets (Middle East, Hong Kong, Singapore, Europe, etc.) Interact with web developers & designers to drive SEO compatibility on the web. Conduct site structure analysis. Develop & lead keyword/ content strategy. Work on developing keyword ranking reports. Monitor, track & report on Web Analytics metrics. Research competitor link structure. Develop & lead internal link optimization strategy. Review and analyze website for areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised. Improve a company s organic search results. Write effective headlines, body copy, and websites. Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords. Place keywords appropriately in copy to gain most search engine traffic. Write effective call-to-action statements, original, powerful SEO content for blogs and official websites. Effectively use header tags. Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines. Strategize ways to improve and track site performance. Consult with independent web designers to improve the navigation of a site to enhance its search engine ranking. Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content, design, security, payment options, shipping options, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns. Experience and Qualification: Qualification: Graduate in any discipline Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to 2+ years of SEO experience. 2+ years of SEM experience Experience of managing PPC campaigns across Google and Bing will be advantage. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Net sight, Web Trends). Experience with bid management tools (Click Equations, Marin, and Search Ignite). Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM. Skillset: Good command over English Language Excellent written and oral communication skills Good writing command over language and be able to independently write content for posts on sites. Be capable to utilize basic programming and web design skills to enhance SEO. Possess the knowledge to compile and present SEO performance reports. Have a proactive attitude Be willing and able to multitask Team player Willingness to learn
