As a Digital Marketing Automation Specialist with UBS you will manage the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaigns. You will also contribute to the continuous evolution of marketing automation (and other digital marketing) platforms together with the platform owners. You should be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, excellent digital marketing and communication skills and a creative, positive and collaborative mindset.Your role includes:Elaborate strategies, and manage the execution and optimization of digital marketing campaignsCollaborate on projects related to the creation of marketing materials with a focus on email campaigns and related websitesManage deliveries (HTML creation, set-up of emails in Adobe Campaign and other marketing automation platforms) and ensure that these that are aligned with the UBS brand guidelinesSupport Marketing leads with managing and coordinating deliverables between internal teams and business partnersDefine KPI s and analytics frameworks used to measure the success of campaigns, as well as support Marketing leads and stakeholders with the relevant data points and analysesWork closely with the platform and product managers in order to continuously enhance the technology platform to ensure it meets the needs of event and community managers, as well as the long-term product strategySupport the rollout of a global events and digital networks platform (based on Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Campaign) to stakeholders across the globe, advising them on best-practices, training them on the platform and enabling them to use it in a self-service modelUnderstand and apply web publishing and digital marketing concepts, such as user profile management, content syndication, taxonomies, ontologies, personalization, accessibility etc.Your Career ComebackWe are open to applications from career returners. You will be leading and supporting projects with multidisciplinary and international teams., Bachelor/ master s degree in marketing, computer/ engineering or similar5+ years in a digital marketing role, ideally in a digital environment (e.g. agency) and with a solid CMS and/or marketing automation platforms backgroundKnowledge of Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Marketing Cloud tools (Analytics, Target and Audience Manager) is preferredExperience with email marketing is preferred, experience in setting up digital communities and digital event management is a plusExperience in the financial services industry is a plusExcellent presentation and communication skills - including the ability to document and explain technical items/issues clearlyExcellent English skills (verbal and written)
