We are here to create value for our employees , customers , clients , shareholders and the world at large.Our Creativeline of business within eClerx Digital focuses on large scale post production up to cutting edge CGI; we provide creative production services to support all creative assets managed through our proprietary FLUiiD4 marketing workflow solution.We are looking to add to this talent pool a senior manager , who will be a key influencer of our creative team s identity.The Ideal Experience Map : Minimum 8 years of experience in digital creative production in advertisingRoles and Responsibilities : Responsible for leading the offshore creative team for multiple Fortune 500 clients and manage teams for client delivery excellenceProvides creative leadership for all visual , technical , and design concepts for marketing - related image and customer outreach programs to ensure quality control and consistencyDevelop design processes and innovative approaches as a proof of conceptEnsure that the design department is aware of trends and improvements in both techniques and technology that are relevant to the business and assess which will contribute to the businessIdentify and use appropriate experience design tools to communicate and showcase creative vision with stakeholders (wire frames , interaction patterns , prototypes etc.)Develop and enforce brand and messaging standards to ensure quality control and consistencyManage and oversee template design and print production processGenerate and explore different , creative , imaginative or unique approaches and provide recommendations for process improvementsPresent monthly and quarterly updates to senior stakeholders at clients endLiaise with internal PoCs (such as the internal quality team and central metrics team) and proactively recommend and manage measures to enhance operational efficiency , customer satisfaction , and service delivery excellenceTechnical and Functional Skills : Intermediate HTML & XML , Intermediate Photoshop SkillsExcellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop , Animate , Premiere Pro , InDesign , Illustrator etc) and branding and design conceptsProficiency in the implementation of valid CSS and HTMLThorough knowledge of the designer specific production processes and proceduresAwareness of web standards and accessibilityPeople Management and Personality Traits : Responsible to lead the entire copy , art and video editing team and make sure they are constantly inspired to develop new designsWorking with the client production director to produce key performance indicators that provide a holistic and balanced view of the teamExcellent creative leadership qualities and communication skills with an ability to interface directly with clients and higher management. Good analytical skills coupled with logical reasoning and rationale thinkingGeneral skills that will boost your eligibility : Knowledge of Google ad operations (Double Click / Google Designer) and Dynamic Creative Optimization is an added advantage,
