Role Summary

Director/Senior Director who can assist in staff development, facilitate team work, hiring, retention, appraisals, handling of employee grievances.

Key Responsibilities

Telecom/Mobile Core development/testing

Managing engineering teams

Escalation and Risk Management

Work with cross functional teams

P roject tracking and status reporting

Job Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience in the areas of Telecom/Mobile Core development.
  • Product development experience in EPC or IMS Core. (Preference is EPC)
  • Prior experience in managing engineering teams
  • Experience in Escalation and Risk Management
  • Assist in staff development, facilitate team work, hiring, retention, appraisals, handling of employee grievances
  • Able to work with Senior Management for project tracking and status reporting.
