Refresh Feed Full Time Positions Part Time Positions Full Time Positions DIRECTOR - Business Development Basic Overview Probum is seeking a talented Business Development leader to join its Advisory Analytics practice. This is a critical role in our growth and will require bringing existing book-of-business and forging new client partnerships in one or more of the following industry verticals: Financial Services: Banking, Consumer Finance, Insurance, Retirement/Wealth Management Healthcare: Payer, Provider, Device manufacturer Responsibilities Establishing and winning new client relationships and achieving business development objectives for assigned industry segment(s). Building trust by understanding clients overall business goals. Positioning Probum as a strategic advisory analytics partner and identifying avenues to support clients business needs and deepen relationships. Directing and managing the overall client relationship to include work quality and customer satisfaction. The Director of Business Development should be comfortable in groups/teams and be able to both lead and follow. Must bring top-notch consulting / relationship management skills and a deep appreciation of clients customer and information needs. They will be held accountable against measurable revenue / profit growth within set timelines. The Director of Business Development will report to the Managing Director / Vice President. This is an entrepreneurial opportunity to build a new customer-focused services and analytics firm, and be a member of the core leadership team. This person is expected to drive significant growth within the next 24 months. This position has a significant upside potential with commissions as a large component of overall compensation. Desired Skills Expertise Minimum 10-15 years experience at a leading services or consulting firm with demonstrated track record of success in sales business development. Domain expertise in one or more areas: Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Healthcare Ability to effectively identify and pursue business development opportunities, serve as a trusted advisor, and interface with executive level clients. Be entrepreneurial, enterprising, collaborative and personable. Possess sound business acumen and strong leadership skills necessary to grow, support, and sustain assigned vertical(s) within Probum.,
