: Chartered Accountant or MBA (from reputed Institutes) About 8 to 12 years of post-CA or MBA qualification experience in a management consulting / advisory organization Abilities person must have: Fluency in spoken and written English Complete conversance with use of computers, especially - MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. Knowledge of executing feasibility studies, business process reviews, due-diligence, M&A, project evaluation etc. Good analytical ability, logical reasoning skills, number crunching & computing skills Sound awareness of Indian Economy, Global economy and of Indian corporate world Proven track record of executing consulting projects independently and in teams, including under time constraints Proven strong capabilities in at least one of the 3 service lines viz. - Strategic Planning / Performance Improvement / Transaction Support (Visit website www. hmsaconsultancy. com for coverage details) Networks and relationships in the industry, corporates, financial institutions, government, trade bodies Having an entrepreneurial streak to work in a start-up and relatively unstructured / evolving set-up Ability to handle client interactions and relations independently Strong commitment to ethics in work life Clearly manifest common-sense and fair sense of judgment Pleasing personality and persuasive communication skills Ability to get along well with people - colleagues, teammates, clients, associates etc. Comfortable in peer to peer conversations with clients CXO level personnel Role the person is expected to perform Execute consulting projects - individually, as well as in teams Guide Analysts / project teams, client task force in consulting project execution Develop project deliverables in time bound manner as per project deadlines Review work of project associates / hired third party experts for integration into main deliverables Support business development efforts of the Firm including by leveraging personal / professional relationships Make presentations to clients for winning projects and communicating project advice Conduct analysis, undertake brain-storming, solve client problems and draft reports Maintain and build client relationships for securing work on a consistent basis Handle project administrative tasks like billings, collections, associate contracts, meetings etc. Any other suitable professional tasks as may be assigned by the CEO Note : Must have excellent references , Preference to candidates based in Mumbai,
