Responsibilities Owns the Culture setting and enforcement at the organization with a consistent focus on getting the highest performance out of world class talent Manages the talent acquisition process across all company functions such as engineering, product development, sales, etc Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances Implements Organizational Development (OD) & leadership interventions in line with organizational needs for enhancing organizational effectiveness Responsible for continuously monitoring Organization Structure and ensure it scales in the right manner Deploy sound cultural practices as Haptik builds a unique culture based entrepreneurship, collaboration, and an unwavering focus on outcomes Ensure that we are constantly grooming the next set of leaders to manage and grow the company Requirements 10- 12 years of relevant work experience as an HR Director or a Head of HR Experience at startups or fast growing ventures is a plus Strong technical knowledge to gauge a person and correspond and communicate with them accordingly You must demonstrate exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal - as well as an ability to analyze conversations in order to read between the lines A passion for understanding people, their motivations, their concerns, their aspirations etc. will be critical Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced environment with a high degree of ownership,
