For more information, visit Worley.com Key Accountabilities Strategy: Collaborates within Process team to establish an effective framework that includes vision/strategy, governance, service delivery framework , Quality assurance and standard processes over the end-to-end process, ensuring adherence to overall Continuous Improvement Strategy. Work on minimizing process variations and make processes predictable and reliableLeadership: Takes responsibility for overall governance and documentation of processes. Monitors global compliance with established processes, and provides recommendations to improve overall process efficiency, standardization, and compliance, including technology advancementsChange Management: Supports change management activities by documenting process changes and providing overall quality and assurance governance with support from the Quality Manager and MIS lead. Engaging with Functional process team and work on project that improve Functional processes and drive valueBusiness Process Management: Applies knowledge acquired on business process modelling notations to document processes, develop BPM project plans and facilitate working groups throughout all phases, contributes towards solving process-related challenges, mapping out any existing processes in the organization and designing new ones towards achieving greater efficiency and effectiveness This person will be driving transformation, business reporting, business excellenceProject Management Direct the project at multiple levels; integration of all projects to deliver the Shared Services strategy, implementation of all functions of project management, and supervision of the project through its development stages, maintaining clear links between activities and value drivers, including recommending the right resource-allocation trade-offs when required Own the project schedule and develop project execution plan which allows execution in a logical sequence. Including change management.Governance: Takes responsibility for the governance of process execution, quality control and assurance by controlling, monitoring, measuring, executing, designing, and evaluating business processes. Designs and implements health metrics and KPIs to monitor data integrity, processes and systems and to identify problem areas and compliance issues. Benchmarks performance against industry best practicesPeople Management: Monitors professional development and staff productivity to ensure training, professional development and resourcing needs are met. Actively participates in coaching, mentorship and succession planning for talent development.     • Must have 15+ years of overall experience in Business Excellence under BPO or Shared Services industry. Understands offerings like Customer Operations/ Information Technology/ Finance and Accounting/ Networks/ Human Resource Services
    • Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
    • Experience in Business Transformation
    • Master Black Belt Trained or Certified with relevant experience in RPA, workflows, tools
    • Project Management and Program management experience
    Education Qualifications, Accreditation, Training
    • Graduate of a Bachelor s degree
    • Trained in business process management
    • Expert level knowledge of tools to collect, aggregate, segment and analyze data e.g. MS Excel
    • Knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio
    • Well versed with various Process Improvement frameworks, ie., Lean Six Sigma, BPMS, Six Sigma (DMAIC)
