Job Description

  • Responsible for Production, Planning and quality of DOBBY Department. Responsible for proper planning of priority wise loom allocation with respect to order status.
  • Responsible for Quality of fabric from weaving to finishing of dobby fabric and maintain all records maintain quality standard.
  • Scheduling and managing of machine maintenance handling the overall task of machine and plant maintenance and capable to solve quality issue day to day.
  • Result oriented supervision with demonstrated success in work flow problem analysis. Having proper knowledge of all type of dobby machine mechanism.
  • Effective Manpower planning and shift allocation of operator/associates
  • Inter department Co-ordination, distribution of work to subordinates Co-ordination with Wrapping, Yarn Dyeing Fabric Dyeing.
