Job Description

Doctor Relationship Executive Reports to: Business Development Manager Location : Pune and Mumbai

  • Follow-up with doctors for fixing up appointments.
  • Explain Freedom from Diabetes Programs to doctors and pitch them to adopt &
  • refer the same to their patients. Ensure high conversion rate of doctors and their patients.
  • Meet 20-25 General Practitioners and 3-5 MDs & IVF Specialist in a day for referrals.
  • Daily reporting of appointments, meetings and conversion details to reporting manager.
  • Follow up & coordinate with listed doctors &if required, their patients.
  • Track Patient Referrals and connect with Sales team for further action.
  • Attend Sales Meeting, Conferences and Programs as & when scheduled.
  • Attending to calls and queries from Doctors & if required, their Patients.
  • To be updated with latest offerings from Freedom from Diabetes.
Required Candidate profileDesired Skill Set:
  • Candidate should have strong sales orientation / background.
  • Should be excellent in achieving the given targets.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English & Marathi.
  • Good telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport immediately.
  • Very strong convincing abilities.
  • Patience and ability to work under pressure and in crowd of patients visiting the
  • clinic.
  • A team player and well groomed (high level of professional attire required).
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience of meeting General Practitioners.Education: Any Graduate. Diploma/Graduate in Pharmacy preferred.Specialized knowledge: Knowledge of MS-Office (basic) is preferred.Languages: Candidate should have good spoken skills in English, Hindi,Marathi. Knowledge of other regional languages will be addedadvantage.,
