- Responsible for complete documentation of machinery from start to end. Such as raw material test certificates, motor certificates, etc. Also preparing packing slip of machinery during dispatch.- Clicking of photos and videos of machinery during trials and dispatch. Uploading of these photos and videos in respective client wise or serial wise folders on google drive.- Preparing machinery operational manual with photos, videos and troubleshooting as well.- Maintaining machinery serial wise files for better tracking.- Scanning of all certificates/documentation machine wise and also preparing hard copy files.- Reporting to Management or Factory Manager/Production Head.- Well verse with Google applications.- Should be fluent in English.- Capability to operate a computer on a daily basis.- Disciplined with good behavior.- Should be staying inside 50minutes range from Swastik head Offie.
