Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, building, and deploying solutions with exposure to multiple software packages/hardware integration, programming languages, and technology platforms.
  • Deliver in time while maintaining quality in development aligned with industry best practices for coding standards, performance and scalability
  • Participate in Sprint Planning and other Scrum meetings
  • Work with business teams in arriving at the best-fit technical solution for their business needs.
  • Investigate, analyze and make recommendations to management regarding technology improvements.
  • Upgrades and modifications as per business requirement.
  • Providing live support amidst other development activities.
  • Mentoring junior developers and code reviewing.
Pre-requisites/key characteristics and skills required:
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in C# with desktop applications.
  • Should have knowledge on both Win Forms and WPF.
  • Experience in Object oriented programming, data structures, multi-threading, task-based asynchronous programming, Linq, Lambda expressions.
  • Knowledge on design patterns and able to identify the need and implement them.
  • Experience in software packaging and deployment.
  • Experience working with source control systems like Git, SVN or TFS.
  • Experience on working with REST APIs.
  • Experience in RDBMS SQL/MY SQL / Oracle.
  • Knowledge/experience on MS Office automations with VSTO is a desirable.
  • Preferred knowledge on HTML, CSS, Javascript.
  • Knowledge on web applications development will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Scrum or other Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, communication skills.
  • Experience in product-based / start-up environment highly advantageous.
  • Required qualifications Any graduate preferably in IT/computers.
