Job Description Job Title: .Net DeveloperReports To: IS Manager, South AsiaDivision: Lubrizol Advanced Materials India Private LimitedLocation: Vikhroli (West), IndiaPurpose This role is responsible for the development and delivery of .Net applications that fulfill business requirements. The application developer will have the support and guidance of the application development team for development standards and best practices. Work may be in support of existing solutions or as a member of a project team. This position is located in India and will require regular communication with team members in Europe, North America and Asia to ensure consistent delivery of applications to all business partners.Summary of Responsibilities

  • As part of a project team, design and write code for new MS Windows and web software applications
  • Troubleshoot and maintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
  • Investigate and develop skills in new technologies
  • Create technical specifications and test plans
  • Maintain documentation for solution design and procedural work instructions
  • Support and/or install software applications and components
  • Develop and implement test plans
  • Provide training support as necessary

  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a .Net developer role

  • Restful web services & API s

  • Good understanding of RWD and latest web technologies e.g. HTML5, CSS3, Angular, jQuery, etc.
