We are seeking a .NET developer responsible for building/maintaining .NET applications using ASP.Net, C#, jQuery and Web Services. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain and develop our application (for esteemed client in Riyadh), and to coordinate with the rest of the team (offshore) working on different layers of the application. A commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is essential. Responsibilities - Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications - Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications - Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address these issues - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization - Available for client needs and dynamic queries - Working closely with client to get requirements and plan for deliverables - Working independently on issues - record, evaluate(root cause), resolve, document
Desired profile of the candidate : Skills - Strong knowledge of .NET web framework - Proficient in ASP.Net, C#, jQuery, SQL and XML, with a good knowledge of their ecosystems - Working experience with Microsoft SQL Server (3+) - Familiarity with the SSRS will be advantage - Strong understanding of object- oriented programming - Skill for writing reusable libraries - Experience in writing Webservices and Windows Services using .Net C# - Knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code - Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application - Experience creating database schemas that represent and support business processes - Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR), its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools TFS, SVN - Good at documentation of work and following process set for client.
