Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Determine the root cause of technical issues and provide solutions to ensure smooth operation of the facility
    • Monitor and maintain all equipment and systems to ensure they are operating efficiently and effectively
    • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules for all equipment and systems
    • Manage and supervise a team of technicians and contractors to carry out maintenance and repair work
    • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and procedures
    • Provide technical support and guidance to other departments and stakeholders
    • Prepare reports and documentation on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and budget utilization
    • Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes and systems
