    Job description
    • Account health management: Ensuring that all the health management metrics ofthe brands on Amazon are intact always.
    • Case Creation: Timely highlighting the Amazon support team about the on-goingissues that our partner brands are facing and ensuring that they are resolved timely.
    • SafeT Claims: All the customer product returns and FBA returns should behighlighted and SafeT Claims should to be timely raised.
    • Inventory: Projecting inventory and creating FBA shipment and ensuring the stocksare not out of stock at FBA.
    • Promotional Activities: Executing and managing coupons, deals & promotionalactivities monthly.
    • Review building: Working with our partners and helping brands to build reviews onthe marketplace.
